Abstract:

The accuracy of highway asset value is increasingly important , the paper analysis the problems aiming at the existing highway assets appraisal,which classify all kinds of highway asset, and choose the suitable method . Especially to the evaluation of highway assets which not suitable to the old methods,taking the highway assets which need extension as an example, this paper use the hypothetical development method evaluate its potential value, and analysis the principle, apply the calculation steps, process and summarize the data which is the most important information throughout the entire paper.
