Research on Analysis and Suggestions of the Construction Project Safety Accident

Abstract:

At present, safety accidents occurring frequently, it has influence the sustainable development in construction industry. From different management department of construction, there are construction, supervision, the owners and the government, this paper comprehensively analysis 59 cases by using the principle of risk management and accident reason theory. Then, it put forward the main cause factor of safety accidents, from the aspect of people, material, management, environment and social. At last, the precautionary measures should be established and improved to prevent and reduce safety accidents in construction.
