Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper focuses on an improved Breakpoint Model to calculate the attracting scope of the logistics park. Firstly, this paper used the Z-score standardized method, principal component analysis method and urban comprehensive strength evaluation method to calculate the comprehensive strength of economic central cities. Secondly, it employed the gravity model and the improved breakpoint model to define the attracting scope of the logistics park. Finally, combined with the actual situation and assisted by qualitative analysis, it took the logistics park of Zhenhai Port in Ningbo as an example, and used the above quantitative calculation to define the logistics park attracting scope.
