Abstract:

This paper gives an analysis of related issues of emergency backup allocation of grid metering resources among provinces or cities in China, from the horizon of dynamic logistics alliance. First of all, on the basis of the background factors introduction, this article defines important connotation of grid metering resources and dynamic logistics alliance. Secondly, this article elaborates the structural function system of emergency backup allocation of grid metering resources among provinces or cities. After those above, this article analyzes the build paths of the structural function system.
