Abstract:

This paper discusses master-slave communication among multi-S7-200 CPUs, its application on silk cake transport line, programming to realize data sharing, the motor linkage control, as well as automatic transport process of silk cake. The realization of automatic transport of silk cake reduced silk cake pollution during man-made transport, also reduced labor intensity of the workers. It is perfect integration of mechanical and electrical automation.
