Abstract:

Effect of BOT financing mode in the housing is more and more obvious in the diversifieddevelopment,how to evaluate the risk of this kind of mode is an issue. The article analysis the detailed of the various potential risks of BOT financing mode; the fault tree method into the risk assessment of public rental housing in the BOT project, to test the effectiveness of the final project risk evaluation.
