Abstract: Haptic technology again receives extensive attentions recently by virtue of improvement on Internet Technology. This paper presents an applicable platform for Haptics by employing physical features of sense-of-touch through electromechanical devices and the latest attractive HTML standard specified by W3C, aims at offering new attributes and reliable communications with the ease of use for web content. In addition, the proposed platform demonstrates its significance on wrapping up fundamental rendering methodologies including Haptics and web graphical content, is a step forward in supporting study of all fields related to web-based interactive content (e.g., Haptics researchers, physicists, software engineers, and web designers). Finally, we provide a conceptual example of proposed platform and prove its proficiency on haptic data communication. The results of the experimental evaluations highlight the effectiveness, stableness, affordance and extensibility for future research.

Abstract: This paper presents an interpolation-based method for multidimensional extrapolation. A series of interpolation formulations are proposed to extrapolate functions normal to the interface between two regions. Theoretical proofs and relevant analysis are also presented. The method developed maintains the characteristics of implicit interface. The interface inside every cell is treated smoothly by assuming that curvature is equal everywhere. The method developed and numerical results are verified by comparing to the results by PDE method and theoretical results. Numerical tests demonstrate that the method developed is first-order accuracy and also more efficient in numerical implementation and more accurate than PDE method.

Abstract: In view of the bestsolution of chemical control agricultural pests, we first build and analysisthe pest management model of spraying insecticide, the crop efficacy model and thedose model of the surrounding environment according to impulsive differentialequations. In view of the aperiodic solution model, we will find out theoptimal dose for the pesticides and time interval for sprayingby using optimal control theory, which can make the residue of the dose for thepesticides in crop and for the pesticide spraying the surroundings reach theminimum, make the number of pest under economic damage threshold at the sametime , and give the best solution to control agricultural pests by using the pesticides.At last, we explain the implementation of the scheme through the numericalsimulation.

Abstract: This article gets thepopulation data based on China Population Statistics Yearbook ,and establishes a model for forecasting thegrowth of population grouped by ages. First, a difference equation model invector form is established for urban area, town and rural arearespectively. In equation (I), matrix is determined byfertility rate and survival rate of urban area, townand rural area respectively. The short-term population size predicted from thismodel has calculated the gross population of each year during 2002~2020. The 19data we got were used to generate a function between population size y (hundredmillion) and time x (year) by polynomial fitting : , and the max of this function is y = 1.47121 billion when x= 20, which means that the Chinese total population will peak at 1, 471, 210,000 in 2021.

Abstract: Knowledge Management of Mathematics Concepts was essential in educational environment. The purpose of this study is to provide an integrated method of fuzzy theory basis for individualized concept structure analysis. This method integrates Fuzzy Logic Model of Perception (FLMP) and Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). The combined algorithm could analyze individualized concepts structure based on the comparisons with concept structure of expert. The empirical data is Basic Mathematic test of Junior College students. The object of concept advanced interpretive structural modeling (CAISM) is to provide individualized hierarchy structure of knowledge of examinees based on response patterns of tests. It shows that knowledge structures will be feasible for remedial instruction and this procedure will also useful for cognition diagnosis.
