Abstract: The formalism of form factors is the basis for the describing the coherent radiation of bunches that comprise relativistic charged particles. The general theory of coherent radiation for synchrotron and bremsstrahlung radiation, when radiation is generated directly by charged particles, but not by the material of a target, was developed long ago. However, there is no general model of coherent radiation for such polarization radiation as transition, diffraction and other types of radiation, when the radiation is generated by the material of a target polarized by the electromagnetic field of relativistic particles. This often causes the misapplication of the form factors of synchrotron radiation to other types of radiation. In this paper, we suggest the simplified algorithm for construction of form factors for different types of polarization radiation of relativistic electrons in the material of a target.

Abstract: Modern physics distinguishes three fundamental properties of atomic nuclei: mass; spin and related magnetic moment; volume (surrounding field strength), which are the source of isotope effects. The experiments showed that the isotope substitution of the light isotope with the hard one increased the band-to-band transition energy Eg, as well as the exciton binding energy Eb both in semiconductors and insulators. The representative manifestation of the spin has been observed in photoluminescence excitation spectroscopy in highly enriched 28Si crystals with shallow donor P, as well as in the separation of 13C and 12С isotope in magnetic field.

Abstract: The measurements of the amplitude-frequency characteristics were done for the high-frequency torch discharge burning in argon. The resonant character of the electric field fourth harmonic attenuation was found. The axial harmonics distribution measurements of the electric field were done for the torch discharge burning in argon-air mixture. The electron concentration in the investigated plasma discharge was evaluated. The selective influence of the change in the electron concentration on the propagation process of the fourth harmonic of the electric field was found.

Abstract: This article shows the dependence of high frequency torch (HFT) plasmatron parameters on external mode settings. The optimal operation of the plasma stand is achieved experimentally; the numerical characteristics of this mode are calculated. Based on the burning indicators of the combustible waste percentage, the possibility of using plasma stand for disposal of these wastes was concluded.

Abstract: The paper presents the development of the Laboratory "X-ray Optics" of the Institute of Applied Physics and Technology of Tomsk Polytechnic University, a portable gamma-ray spectrometer, which dimensions are 50×20×30 mm. The device is able to count and analyze gamma quanta with energies from hundreds of keV up to units of MeV with loading up to 109 pulses/min. The problem has been solved by improving the known scintillation counters, using modern silicon photomultiplier tubes, selecting the optimal scintillators and developing original electronic scaler.

Abstract: A quantum solution of the Fisher–Kolmogorov–Petrovskii–Piskunov equation with convection and nonlinear diffusion is obtained which can provide the basis for the quantum biology and quantum microphysics equation. On this basis, quantum emission of biological systems, separate microorganisms (cells or bacteria), and dust plasma particles is investigated. The possibility arises of creating a generator of hard photons with energy higher than. Life on the Earth will probably need relic radiation, which might promote occurrence of life in the Universe.

Abstract: This work demonstrates the results of the research of plasma utilization and immobilization process using model silts of liquid radioactive waste (LRW) storage pools. The silts have the form of optimal water organic inflammable compositions. Also, the possibility of the application of magnetic separation for the effective extraction of solid utilization products from water suspension is shown.

Abstract: This work demonstrates the results of modeling the joint utilization process of the spent solutions of tributylphosphate with hexachlorinebutadiene for extracting uranium and plutonium from a nitric acid solution of spent nuclear fuel and its processing wastes. Calculations are made for a wide range of temperature and mass fractions of air plasma coolant. Also, optimal inflammable water-organic compositions and work regimes for the practical implementation of this process in air plasma were determined.

Abstract: The present article shows the results of temperature measurements of electrons and gas of the torch discharge burning in the mixture of argon and air. The study established the insignificant effect of added air on the characteristics of argon plasma and evaluated the conductivity of the plasma torch discharge burning in the mixture of argon and air.

Abstract: The previously revealed features of orientation dependences in the experimental research devoted to the channeling of ions in the multicomponent crystals of yttrium iron garnet are the reflection of the complex structure of a crystalline material. The study incorporates the development of a numerical model describing the distribution of fast ion flux in the crystal of garnet in the framework of the binary collision theory. The model is intended for the detailed elucidation of the causes of the discovered features. The calculation demonstrated the orientation dependence features similar to those established in the experiments.
