Effects of Tailing on Surrounding Water, Soil, Plants and Sediment

Article Preview

Abstract:

Tailing is one kind of solid waste produced in mining activities. It has seriously impacted the ecological environment and the effect will last in a long period. This paper reviews some effects of tailings on surrounding rivers, surface and ground water, soil, plants and sediments.
