Study on Construction Method of the Index System of Low Carbon Economy

Abstract:

Low carbon economy index can objectively measure and guide the region allow carbon economic development, in China's transition to a low carboneconomy, low carbon economy development index description is not unified, at the same time, there is no method for objective evaluation of various low carbon economy index system. Through the study of the existing domestic and foreign low carbon economy index system, in-depth analysis of the index system, establishes a set of objective evaluation method of quantitative evaluation index system of low carbon economy, and on this basis, put forward our country in the development of low carbon economy in the course of the transformation of the economic mode of development, increase investment in science and technology, the adjustment of energy consumption structure, optimize the industrial structure, the development of carbon sequestration potential of proposed measures.
