Simulation for Building Fault Swatches for Reciprocating Compressor

Abstract:

In the progress of fault diagnosis, the most difficult problem is how to build up the fault swatchs for diagnosis for the fault of reciprocating compressor. As for the working progress mathematic model of reciprocating compressor, some familiar faults are simulated in this paper. The method of building fault swatches of the Z-0.03/7 compressor is studied and tested. Using the fault swatches, the fault diagnosis of compressor has been carried on.
