The Application of Numerical Analysis in the Optimization of Deformation Resistance Model

Abstract:

Aimed at the problem that the deformation resistance can’t be measured in the cold rolling processing and it influence the precision of rolling force directly , propose the secant method to calculate the non-linear equation of deformation resistance. Solve the high-level non-linear equation with the iteration calculation, in which the deformation resistance is the independent variable, to improve the calculation precision of the deformation resistance and rolling force. It is proved that the secant method has less iterations, simpler calculation and smaller relative error, which has a vital meaning in improving the accuracy of rolling force.
