Application of Regression Analysis of Reliability Research in Off-Center Wearing on Well Tube and Rod of Oil Sucker

Abstract:

Aimed at the deterioration problem of the off-center wearing on well tube and rod of oil sucker on land, regression analysis is adopted in this paper, the quantitative relationship experience formula have been established between the pump inspection period of the off-center wearing on well tube and rod of oil sucker and its affecting factors, so as to effectively reveal the major human controlling failure factors of the off-center wearing on well tube and rod. According to the parameters collection, reasonable arrangements for pump inspection period, providing effective prediction and diagnosis for the off-center wearing on well tube and rod on-site, implementing scientific management, achieving the best operating system for providing practical tools.
