By designing to transform the structure of the gravity balancer and optimizing the parameters of gravity balancer equipment, the stress of all wheels will be greater than zero and the total pressure of round become smaller, the loaded and no-load pressure of the round is the same. So it is a very good solution to solve the problem of gear wear, the performance can be greatly improved, it provides a way to improve and optimize the existing equipment, and it would have good development prospects and market value.
