Training Practice Talents of Information Management Professional

Abstract:

Information management professional is a comprehensive and practical characterized disciplines. students graduate from the professional should have a strong practical and innovative ability to adapt the needs of society. First, this paper analysis the social requirements for the students. then it proposed a new innovative training model based on a practice training camp project to meet the society. Finally, it presented the framework of project training camp and implemented the corresponding web site. The training camp has effectively enhanced the ability of applying knowledge and technical capacity, and at the same time stimulate their innovative capacity.
