Simulation and Analysis of Mechanical Properties of Large Rotating Steel Structure Based on CAE Technology

Article Preview

Abstract:

A reasonable finite element model of large rotating steel structure - rotary hearth furnace lower ring is established based on ANSYS. Simulation and analysis of the structure is processed on the lower ring. Stress distribution is achieved while bearing the weight of upper ring as the working condition. Spot stress testing is processed on the rotary hearth furnace lower ring. The overall stress distribution is obtained, and the finite element calculation results are verified, providing a reference for design and researches of similar large-scale steel frame structure in the metallurgical industry.
