Study on Detection System for Bend Elastic Modulus of Veneer Based on CPLD

A ultrasonic detection system is constructed with CPLD and single chip as the core, including ultrasonic sensors, launch circuit, and receiving circuit in this paper. And the Bend Elastic Modulus of Veneer can be measured through ultrasonic testing method. And because of the bend elastic modulus showed positive correlation in plank strength, the veneer grade can be divided through this system. Finally, through detailed contrastive analysis of bend elastic modulus testing via this system and the one with only single chip as its core:, it can be indicated that the core of the system CPLD has high precision and strong anti-interference, and reliable operation.
