Research on the Uniform Color Appearance Space Based on the CIECAM02

Abstract:

This paper uses method of the BFD-CP small color-difference data to construct the color discrimination ellipses and Munsell renovation data. Test and analyses of the uniform color space property based on the CIECAM02-Jab, and uses linear regression method to regulate color space brightness and chroma coordinate measurement, establishes a new uniform color space. The last uses the same method to test the optimized uniform color space of CIECAM02-J'a'b'.
