A Study on the Method of Rust Prevention of High-Strength Bolts for the Bridge Parrel

Article Preview

Abstract:

For the parrel bolt of Egongyan Yangtze River Bridge uses rust-proof paint which can easily come off, workers should often examine cable and re-paint. Without repairing in time, bolt will be rusty in a short time, which causes serious problems. According to the present state of naked bolt of Egongyan Yangtze River Bridge, we investigate the corrosion action of high effective paint stripper and conduct an analytic experiment, using high effective paint to remove the paint of naked high-strength bolt and testing four engineering plastics in a high temperature and freezing temperature. Through a comparative analysis, we adopt MC-PA for protective cover and load it on the top for bolts, achieving a good protective effect.
