Optimization Research on Structure Improvement of Stirring System for Preparation of Recycled Glass / Aluminum Matrix Composites with Stirring Casting Technique

Article Preview

Abstract:

this subject is to use recycled glass and recycled aluminum to prepare glass / aluminum matrix composites with stirring casting technique, and stirring tank is self-researched and developed. When determining stirring tank structure, it adopts Fluent to simulate the flow field for the factors (distance from upper paddles to liquid level, stirring paddle arranging angle and paddle interval) influencing internal structure, make the optimization research on the influence of these three factors to stirring effect, compare with the actual experiment results, and propose the resolutions to improve equipment structure.
