Machine Frame Optimization of Pneumatic-Hydraulic Supercharging Press of Microparts
Aiming to the problems of the mechanical press such as ponderosity, big noise,operating inconvenience and wasting energy for forming micropart of sheet metal or nonmetal,The Pneumatic-hydraulic supercharging press of microparts was designed ,three dimensions model of press frame was built in virtue of Solidworks, the nine combinating frames were analyzed and optimized by FEM CosmosWorks, the corresponding maximum stress curve and maximum distance curve for the fixing plate were presented.The result shows that the throat dimension induces more remarkable influence for the maximum stress and the maximum distance .The sample press is developed, its structure is simple , reliable, safe and convenient.
