Research of Terminal Parameter Setting up Method in Product Dependability Design

Abstract:

This paper adopts the methods of entity type experiment, experience model test, analyze model simulation artificial method to research of strengthen design method of product dependability.It is found that dependability is strengthened and can launch going on to design at each stages of product design and development, model prototype of machine test link rely on means that entity prove can judge and find quality defect and hidden danger of products accurately in entity especially. Rely on the highly reliable design method to make the performance parameter value of the prototype of the model in a terminal range changed rationally. Terminal parameter includes the most heavy terminal parameter function, minimum terminal parameter function, specified performance parameter, uproar wave interfere intensity. The result indicates that uproar wave interfere terminal of product properties play seriously, uproar wave interfere intensity should be reduced to minimum extent.
