Abstract:

Based on the analysis of concept and elements of mass customization which is mainly related to the area of production, the concept of mass customized logistics is proposed and analyzed. And then, the operational modes of mass customized logistics are illustrated at length. Finally, some strategies to achieve mass customized logistics are proposed and discussed.
