The Research of Economic Evaluation Model for Construction Conserves Energy Retrofitting Technology of Existing Buildings

Article Preview

Abstract:

In the established model of economic evaluation, it considers the impact of construction conserves energy elements of existing buildings and adopts payback period of dynamic energy as the evaluation criteria. It proves that the model has practical value by using DeST-h software to simulate building energy consumption of existing buildings and retrofitting buildings.
