Abstract:

With reference to discussion of the cultural & creative industries and the network ecosystem, this paper puts forward a cultural & creative industries stereo ecosystem based on SOA, establishes it’s logical architecture and business architecture. It utilizes the advantage of internet, such as information share, interactive, recreational and commercial, to solves the restriction of structure and technology, which exist in traditional cultural and creative industries.
