Optimal Mathematical Model of Beverage Automatic Canning

Abstract:

This paper has discussed the optimization problem about how to minimize the waste by adjusting canning quantity in beverage automatic canning machine. Supposing the defective goods were discarded, I have taken the average canned loss of every bottle of the finished product as target function and established optimization model 1.Meanwhile, the convenient and fast solution is given. Then two more general mathematical models are given after the assumptions being changed. At last, I have provided the simple operation scheme for manufacturers which could reduce their losses.
