The Analysis and Control of Noise on Steam Header of Heat Exchange Station

Based on the noise characteristics of heat exchange station, the reasons of the high noise are investigated by analyzing the mechanism of noise of steam header, simulating and calculating the internal flow field. Then the comprehensive noise abatement measures are proposed according to the characteristics of the equipment operating and laws of the noise spectrum. As a result, the working environment of staff was improved, and noise pollution to surrounding environment was reduced. In a word, there were a lot of good results by adopting the measures of noise control.
