Abstract:

In this paper, we consider the problem of the use of hospital beds. According to the actual situation of patient’s psychological, we analyzed the factors that influenced the hospital beds arrangement and patient’s psychological. Then we built the optimization model. This model concerned the following factors such as reasonable allocation patients, arrangement, bed utilization of the hospital and the turnover. Before modeling of original data we do the following preparation: the processing of data classification, the disease is divided into five different type of case, namely cataract, cataract (eyes), glaucoma, retinal disease, trauma to guarantee the requirements of different diseases. We used excel, MATLAB to calculation different type of disease hospital patients, and discharge time, waiting time for one time and so on, and then analysis the data that needed. At last, we get satisfactory conclusion.
