Abstract:

AKD Rolled Steel Bundling is automatic equipment which is suitable to bundle and pack the clavate or tubular steel. It is developed by Technical Garden Company affiliated University of Science and Technology Liaoning. The design of this type equipment involves multitudinous domain knowledge such as Hydraulic transmission, Electrical Control and Machinery. Therefore, an advanced design technology for virtual prototype is introduced into it. A comprehensive test is carried out on the virtual machine model without the physical prototype.
