Age forming technology has some features including high rebound, especially it is difficult to control the precision of rebound. Due to the above-mentioned problems, this technology is difficult to be accepted and used widely. This passage mainly discusses the problem of age forming technology of integral panel with high ribs. Through the basic experiment of T-style 2124aluminium panels, the springback rule was studied, and the springback compensation of the complex mold surface was accomplished by adopting a geometrical compensation algorithm, this mold was used by parts making. The result of experiment is that the error of curved surface of part is less than 1 mm and the steel bar is less than 0.5 mm. It shows that the method is feasible and effective.
