Application of CAD/CAE Technology in Hydraulic Excavator Working Equipment Analysis

Abstract:

The paper first put CAD/CAE technology into the domain of hydraulic excavator research and exploitation. It was focused on the analysis of excavator working equipment with this technology. In the paper, mock-up solid model of excavator working equipment was established with Pro/ENGINEER software, the kinematics and the dynamics of the model was analyzed with ADAMS software and then the intensity analysis and structure optimization were done with ANSYS software. The conjoint analysis and simulation not only give full play to these three software's advantages, but also realize data sharing and enhance efficiency and precision of the analysis.
