The Improvement of the Interlock Arm on Ejection Seat Based on the ANSYS

Abstract:

Ejection seat is the most important life-saving tool in warcraft. We analyze of the reason why the ejection mechanism works in advance in ejection process, when the aircraft canopy is not throw away. And carry on the deformation analysis of the lock arm in the interlock device to define the strength of the lowest part of the lock arm. Finally, we obtain the stress distribution graph of lock arm, which provides a theoretical reference for the interlock device on the optimal design.
