Development of Manufacturing Execution Management System for Workshops Based on IOT Technology

Article Preview

Abstract:

Due to complexity of managing discrete manufacturing workshops, it’s an urgent need to carry out information management for the manufacturing processes. This paper first analyses the application models and data types of Internet of Things (IOT) technology in the manufacturing process in workshops, puts forward overall design plan of the system, establishes the system functional model, and conducts analysis and design for the overall framework and functional model of the system, and then carries out detailed design for key functional modules such as data acquisition, production scheduling, workshop conditions monitoring
