Abstract:

Knowledge sharing in industry-university cooperation through the exterior resources internalization, has realized the resource sharing and the survival of the fittest, is helpful reduces the innovation time in the organization, the enhancement organization's competition status. To analyze the concept connotation of knowledge sharing network in industry-university cooperation; promulgate the self-evolution gambling supposition and the forming process of knowledge sharing network in industry-university cooperation; thus to provide the theory reference and certain practice instruction about how to found knowledge sharing network in industry-university cooperation.
