Study on Polyester Fabric Anti-Static Treated by Polyaniline

Abstract:

The utilized field of polyester fabric was limited because the static can be produced easily when it was used. In this paper, the anti-static treating crafts of polyester staple fabric treated by polyaniline were probed. The raw fabric material was weaved with polyester staple yarn and the aniline was selected as anti-static reagent. The process of aniline polymerizing was analyzed and discussed. The anti-static characteristic of the finished fabric was analyzed. With systemic experimental and data analysis, the integrate process of the fabric anti-static finished by polyaniline was achieved. The result shows that the property of anti-static can be obtained if the polyester staple fabric was treated by polyaniline at the advisable processes. And the polyester fabric can be sued in widely field.
