Development and Application of a New Combination Machine of Nonwovens’ Compounding and Drying

Abstract:

A new combination machine of nonwovens’ compounding and drying has been developed successfully based on the process route of rubberizing, drying, cooling and winding. This machine can achieve the two-layer compound of nonwoven fabrics, especially the three-layer compound of heavy fabrics. Because of its small width, it’s fit for the research and development of new products; The different thickness of materials can be compounded, for the high flexibility, it’s suitable for the production of diverse products; On account of controlling temperature convenient and reliable, it’s can be easy to ensure the drying temperature. Static and dynamic analysis proceed for its main components,which can meet the static and dynamic requirements in the normal operation. The results of experiments show that this machine can be operated continuously and smoothly, the nonwoven fabrics can be composited well, and the optimal parameters of compound nonwoven fabrics have been obtained through the experiment.
