The Practice of Sizing for Super Fine Cotton Fabrics with Positive and Negative Hard Twist on the Warping and Sizer

Abstract:

Sizing practice of the high count cotton hard twist yarn at the warping and sizer was researched. Key technologies in producing such material, such as the design of yarn structure, special spinning and preparatory technology, new sizing and weaving technologies were described in detail. The ratio of first grade of the fabric produced is 97%, which has reached the international advanced level. This paper provides some new technologies for sizing the high count cotton hard twist yarn.
