Dynamic Information Acquisition and Processing Technology of Pump Axial Force

Article Preview

Abstract:

Dynamic measurement of pump axial force has relationships with many fields such as multi-channel information collection and synthesis, sampling rate settings, filter parameters selecting, resolution and uncertainty of measurements analysis and other technical problems. Based on the range and resolution of axial force measurement required, the word length of digital bits to be collected should be determined. Based on the multi-information provided by the force transducers and the working state of the pump, the frequency of data acquisition, number of measurement channels and filter parameters can be determined. The control of data acquisition module is by use of the virtual instrument technologies and processing and display of real-time data are proceeded. The transmission structure of axial force is illustrated and the method of data processing is described. Data processing results show the effectiveness by the filter in restrain the site interference.
