A Life-Cycle View of Research on Evaluation of Equipment Resource-Ability

Abstract:

With the development of the equipment resources conservation in PLA, the equipment resource-ability is proposed as a basic property of the equipment. The reaction of the equipment are available to promote resource saving and environment-friendly capabilities. With the deepening of the study, how to transform the equipment resource-ability from theory to practice and how to measure the existing equipment’s equipment resource-ability become the urgent problems. As the important component of the equipment resource theory system, the evaluation of equipment resources can response the level of equipment resource-ability correctly and objectively and also can offer the instruction for the equipment research department on comprehension and improvement of equipment resource-ability. Setting out from the relevant concepts of equipment resource-ability, this thesis proposes the basic principle of evaluation of equipment resource-ability, which is the whole life cycle principle, typical and representative principle as well as the oriented principle. Meanwhile, through the analysis on each stage of the whole life cycle of equipment, this thesis elects some factors that has a greater impact on equipment resource-ability, namely equipping materials selected, function structure and disposal of pollutant. The impacts of the three factors mentioned above on the equipment resource-ability mainly reflect in the sustainable ability of equipment consuming resource, resource utilization efficiency and environmental impact. Therefore, this article will regard the sustainable ability of equipment consuming resource, resource utilization efficiency, environmental impacts as the principal parts of evaluation of equipment resource-ability., At the same time, the index such as the using proportion of scarce materials, the comprehensive energy consumption, the pollutant of liquid, emission, gas at unit time and the degree of human health damage will be as a specific index of evaluation of equipment resource-ability in the thesis.
