Self-Assembly Synthesis of L-Isoleucine Assisted by POCl3

Article Preview

Abstract:

The self-assembly of L-Ile mediated by POCl3 were investigated by using ESI-MS. And the self-assembly oligopeptides of L-Ile could be effectively separated by RPLC. The results indicated that L-Ile could be fast synthesized into oligopeptides mediated by POCl3, and the self-assembly of L-amico acids assisted by POCl3 would be an effetive methods for oligoepetides synthesis..
