Abstract:

This essay analyses and researches the current situation and demands of new rural construction in Hangzhou ecological belt, and the problems existing in the space and industry aspects, explores the evaluation system of new rural development in ecological belt, thus gives the new rural construction strategies and advices on the aspects as follows, space construction leading, industry development orientation and monitor system, in order to realize the protection of ecological belt and the organic coordinated development of new socialist countryside, then advance the ecological belt protection and the new socialist countryside construction plan.
