Abstract:

This paper provided a kind of method to analyze the flux of the switched reluctance motor(SRM) at different rotor position and current by ANSYS. Then the derivative of static inductance with rotor position angle was computed by cubic spline interpolating function, on this basis, the non-linear inductance model with the lookup table of Switched reluctance motor drive system(SRD) was established by SIMULINK. The dynamic properties of SRM was studied comprehensively. Through a prototype simulation of three phase 12/8 SRM, analyzing the characteristics of torque and current to establish reasonable control strategy at the different turn-on angle and turn-off angle. Simulation results showed that the SRM model was reasonable and efficacious, a new idea was proposed for design and debugging of the actual motor control system.
