Study on Culture Condition Optimization and Kinetics for Crude Oil Degrading Strain SY2

Article Preview

Abstract:

Using crude oil degrading strain SY2 isolated from soil contaminated by crude oil as the starting strain, the optimum culture conditions of strain SY2 were obtained by the experiments of carbon source, nitrogen source, inorganic salt, and cultivation temperature. The biodegradation rate of crude oil can reach 43.20% under the condition of without the addition of inorganic nutrients. The enzyme-catalyzed kinetic model of strain SY2 degrading naphthalene was also established. The model was applied to guide the practical application of the crude oil degrading strain SY2.
