E-Learning Platform-Training IT Major Students to Adjust to Positions in Enterprises

Abstract:

In order to train IT major students to adjust to positions in enterprises, we designed an E-Learning platform. This paper introduces IT graduates top skills and the occupational capabilities of IT graduates which impact enterprises’ choice. In the Design part a flow chart was made to explain how this E-Learning platform was designed and used to train students. Virtual Manager Model is an intelligence system, in which we can experience the real working environment. The Implementation part provides details about the techniques adopted to implement the system, such as XML, GUI and database.
