SCR System Control Based on ADX

Abstract:

With the increasingly stringent emission control regulations, selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology is considered to be the most promising method in removal NOx from diesel exhaust. In this paper, the method based on model development was adopted to conduct the overall program design of hardware and software of SCR control system. The real-time simulation was constructed based on the AD5435 control system hardware rapid prototyping, and the model of the system software was built based on Matlab / Simulink. Real-time monitoring interface was designed to monitor and calibrate the parameters. CAN bus was used to realize the information interaction and SCR system control.
