Abstract:

Based on the development of community colleges in our country and its transfer education, career education, compensatory education, community education, quality education functions; analysing community colleges how to improve community residents’ subjective quality of life in education threshold,students fees,institutions ,three aspects; then in school model, institutes, teaching content and teacher team construction, exploring how to build community colleges for improving local residents’subjective quality of life.
