Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Urban Unemployed People’s Re-Employment

Abstract:

Re-employment is not only great economic problem, but also great political issue. It is important measure to promote re-employment for maintaining reformation, development and stability. Employment is vital to people's livelihood. Good carrying out of re-employment is basic for laid-off worker and unemployed people’s livelihood, also great and urgent affair. This article has based on analysis and review of urban unemployed people’s re-employment problem; has defined unemployed people and analyzed current situation and countermeasures of urban unemployed people. Analyzing problems in urban unemployment & constraint in re-employment and depending on correlation theory, it has proposed countermeasure to solving problems by developing jobs, perfecting labor market, improving social security system and strengthening re-employment training.
