Study on the Workability of Self-Compacting Lightweight Aggregate Concrete with Orthogonal Experiment Method
Abstract:
In order to get the workability requirements of the preparation of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete, fixed sand and gravel volume method and overall calculation method are used in this article to calculate the mix of SCLC30. Orthogonal table L9 (34) is used for test design. In order to analysis the factors of gravel dosage coefficient, sand dosage coefficient, fly ash replace ratio and superplasticizer usage has great influence on concrete by slump flow, L-box and steel-ring tests. The result shows that the groups of 1,3,7,8 have the best workability in 9 groups. On the basis of analysis, gravel coefficient of 0.5, sand coefficient of 0.42, fly ash of 30% and superplasticizer of 1.5% are selected for the optimal mix, so this group has an excellent workability.
