Study on Foot Pad of Tree Frog and Design of Bionic Surface

Article Preview

Abstract:

Based on the observation and research of the macroscopic and microscopic foot pad of tree frog, we analyzed the influence of the surface topography of tree frog’s foot pad on its adhesion, and got the macroscopic and microscopic typical characteristics of the surface topography of tree frog’s foot pad, a bionic surface with hierarchical structure was designed, which had the advantage of increasing friction and had many important applications in life and engineering.
