Abstract: For the demand of AGV’s environment modeling and path-planning,the paper discusses how to establish static environment model of visibility graph and proposes a visibility table method.Moreover,based on the environment modeling,we put forward a new kind of global path-planning algorithm by the combination between ant colony algorithm and immune regulation.

Abstract: With the development of deep well drilling technology, a new HTHP (High Temperature High Pressure) experimental apparatus LH-1 was developed to meet the need of research and evaluation of deep well drilling fluid. With the advanced dynamic seal technology, mechanical transmission and data sensing technology, this new apparatus has many kinds of HTHP testing functions in a body and could evaluate manifold performances at the dynamic state of high temperature and high pressure including HTHP dynamic or static filtration test, high temperature dynamic scattering test of drilling cuttings, HTHP dynamic sealing and plugging tests, ultra HTHP aging test and so on. The lab tests show that the new apparatus gains such advantages as novelty of the design, stability of the performance, accuracy and reliability of the experimental data and facility of the operation. Having overcome the defections of the old apparatuses, the new device can provide a new means of experimental researches for the evaluation of HTHP comprehensive performance of deep well drilling fluid.

Abstract: To improve efficiency of industry inspection, measuring method of part shape which combines laser linear scanning and binocular vision is researched. In the system, two cameras are located at certain angle, and linear structured light is projected onto the part surface to produce distorted laser light stripe, which is used as measure feature curve. Ordinary planar plate is used as the calibration template in system calibration and images of serial parallel lines bundle are displayed on it which are acquired simultaneously by the camera to produce image series. Calibration parameters are divided into several parts, so as to calibration of them so that interference between different parts can be eliminated significantly. Based on above works, system calibration and reconstruction of 3D coordinate are implemented successfully. Experimental result shows our method’s feasibility and effectiveness, thus good prospect can be expected to it.

Abstract: It present a new Probabilistic Hough Transform algorithm to detect circles in this paper. The algorithm can reduce the generation of redundant evidence in two ways. Firstly, it uses point-pairs to define circles by applying gradient information. Consequently the sampling complexity was decreased from three dimensions to two dimensions. Secondly, not all the pairs are eligible to vote, because the transformation is conditional. The evidence is gathered in a very sparse parameter space, so that peak recovery is performed readily. The result is proved that the detection accuracy increases and the memory resources decreases. Illustrative examples demonstrate the detection accuracy of the algorithm.

Abstract: Precise local temperature measurement is important for research on failure analysis of integrated circuits, micro/nano-fluidics, chemistry reactions in confined geometry, biological and biochemical reactions, etc. Thermocouple arrays are believed powerful for local temperature sensing at the microscale with high spatial, temporal, and temperature resolutions. And, as a passive device, a thermocouple array can often be embedded in a complicated solid device, providing real-time temperature information of critical regions of the device. In this work, we will discuss in detail some key issues of temperature sensing at the microscale by using thermocouple arrays, in terms of material, fabrication, calibration, measurement, time-resolvable mapping, and potential application.

Abstract: The automatic ticket vending machine that referred to in this paper is innovative, either from the structure, function or principle, it is fundamentally different from the tradition vending machine. It is a combination of reading card technology in industry and business, especially designed a special answer-sheet. Each card costs RMB 0.1 Yuan or less. Passengers use the purchasing ticket card in the automatic ticket vending machine, which is the rapid and intelligent process of obtaining the ticket, and greatly reducing the time in the tradition automatic ticket vending machine.

Abstract: With the rapid development of the global economy, the vehicle population increases rapidly year by year, but the traffic accidents have also increased. The vehicle population in China only accounts for 2-3% of the world at present, but the death is about 20% of the world. China has become the world's most serious national in the traffic accidents. In order to make the traffic accident rescue convenient, the automatic asking for help system is studied, and the software and hardware are also designed. The control system uses the PIC18F458 as a controller, which combines with the modern sensor technology and GPRS, and realizes the automatic asking for help in traffic accidents. Experiments show that the system has the advantages of stability, reliability and strong anti-interference ability.

Abstract: The current study uses the electronic nose FOX 4000 to inspect Xinyang Maojian tea in three quality levels. Principal component analysis (PCA) and statistical quality control (SQC) are adopted to analyze and recognize the data. PCA shows that there is a certain difference in the odor of the tea samples in the three quality levels. PCA can evidently distinguish three kinds of samples. SQC analysis shows that X800 and X600 are located outside the controllable range, indicating that they differ from X1200 in odor. This result is consistent with the PCA result. The study shows that electronic nose technology is expected to be applied widely in the rapid detection of tea.

Abstract: One-degree of freedom (DOF) parallel manipulator of sorting robot is of vital importance for municipal solid waste (MSW) sorting. The motion velocity of the manipulator is very high. So the inertia forces seriously affect the motion characteristics of the manipulator. In order to solve this problem, this paper makes force analysis for the manipulator by using method of body-separation. In the process of the force analysis, the inertia forces are took into account. The dynamics equations of the manipulator are established based on D’Alember’s principle and dynamics sequence solution. The sequence to solve all the equations is listed. Dynamics simulation of one-DOF parallel manipulator is made to visualize the solved results of the equations by using software ADAMS.
